Gift baskets are wonderful gifts for any occasion, including wedding anniversaries. Most people love to receive them. You can fill them with anything and everything. They don’t have to be wrap and the basket itself is a gift. These are just some of the reasons people love gift baskets.

But what can you fill a basket with if it is intended on being used for an anniversary gift? This isn’t a hard task. So relax and remember the first vital thing about anniversary gift baskets, they should be enjoyed by both partners, this means both husband and wife.
For this reason, it should be filled with things they can like, either separately or jointly.

Most people likes to fill anniversary gift baskets with romantic items. Baskets filled with things like candles, chocolates, wines, cheeses and maybe even a sexy negligee for the wife are always appreciated. But if you don’t want to take the usual romantic route, you have many other choices such as:

1. A pajama basket. You can fill it with a matching set for both husband and wife. Add a couple pairs of warm sock and if you want to go all out, add some gift certificates from the local video store for them to have a good time at home night alone.

2. The all chocolate basket. This is great for the couple who loves chocolate together. You can buy chocolate candies in all different brands and flavors. You can add some hot chocolate and flavored chocolate coffee mixes for a little variety.

3. A basket for the couple who loves television. First, start off with some fresh batteries for that remote. If you don’t know the size, buy both AA and AAA. Then get a new copy of TV Guide. Add some popcorn, candy and some gift certificates from the local video store, just in case their romantic night falls on a night of repeats.

Now add a pretty looking card that reads Congratulations and your gift basket is complete.
