Hypertension can be Reduced by Air Purifiers

Persistent Hypertension

Hypertension, or high blood pressure, often caused by stress, is a medical condition whereby a person’s blood pressure has become extremely high. The medical profession believe that hypertension, especially persistent hypertension, put a patient more at risk from heart failure, kidney failure, heart attack, or stroke, or increase the risk of an aneurysm in an artery - an aneurysm is synonymous with a weak artery wall; this aneurysm can ultimately burst which is then very alarming and if the patient is not rushed to hospital, the patient is in serious trouble.

Undoubtedly, there are a number of treatments and medicines available for the treatment of hypertension. But as the saying goes, “Precaution is better than cure”. So, we should take heed of this saying and stick to recommended guidelines in order to prevent the hypertension.

Asthma Sufferers

Clean air, healthy living and a long life are just some of the chief concerns of Humans worldwide. Especially in highly populated areas, the change in climatic conditions and the increased pollution from traffic and industrialization have made being able to breathe clean air a difficult, if not impossible, task.

Air conditioners have proven useful, but only to the extent of keeping the temperature around us comfortable. They have been unable to enhance the basic quality of the air we breathe. Governmental agencies like the Environment Protection Agency have made it clear that offices and homes have poor air quality which is the most serious threat to asthma sufferers. Approximately 30% of all Americans have problems with asthma and allergies, as a direct result of the poor air quality.

Diet Healthy,

Just as we learn to make new friends, we should try and make friends with our food: Instead of liking chocolate, train your taste buds to like a healthy more nourishing treat: with a bit of perseverance, dieting foods like a carrot or piece of celery can start to seem less abhorrent. Sure, this does seem a bit of a steep hill to climb initially, but just think of getting into that dress or pair of jeans and this will help you achieve your goal. Take one step at a time.

Here’s my tip to start your diet healthy - improve the quality of your food. Try not to set unrealistic goals and you will find it gets easier, the longer you carry on with this. The better quality food that you have, the more energetic you will feel and the more energy you have, the more you will be able to tackle doing some form of exercise and then your body will seem like a finely tuned machine and helping you to become fitter. You wouldn’t think of putting poor quality fuel in your much loved car, so why would you put poor quality food in your mouth?
