Losing My Phone Case And Cell Phone Holder Ruined My Day
My IPod case is jammed into a drawer with all the other things I barely ever look at or use, but might someday. These include all the business cards people give me, a lot of spare change, a small pocketknife, an old wallet, a couple of old pictures, and a few rings that I never wear. If I am really lazy I’ll throw my checkbook and bank statements in there, but I usually end up cleaning those out after a few months or when it gets to the point that I can’t even open the door . There’s also a lot of things in there that I put in and forget about. I finally decided to clean it out and you’ll never believe what I found, it was my high school class ring . I didn’t even remember having one. It could possibly be another Mike, so it’s possible that it isn’t mine . I borrow things from friends and they sometimes leave things here. So it might not be mine, but it does remind me of the stupid, stupid people I went to high school with. The actual stone on it is this horrible green vomit color and the metal on the ring looks ancient, like it’s an Egyptian artifact or something . It looks like something a fortuneteller would wear when she’s trying to rip you off and take all your money. But when I was in high school that kind of ring with the antiqued look was apparently in style, at least within the walls of my school . In general though, high school students have no sense of good taste anyway.
